Our cellar, whic is based on the famous ancient cellar of the count Telfner, has inside more than two hundred types of umbrian's wines. In accordance with the traditional Table d'Hote, wines are strictly of the local region. Now, inside the whine shop, our chef organizes cooking-lessons in the traditional italian way.During november-december and january we have a "brucatura", the picking directly by hand from the olive trees ( more than 5.000 examples within our property of 250 hectars) and the following manifacturing- process taking place at the old mill just 800 metres from the Castle, where customers are allowed to taste the fresh olive-oil obtained by different types of olive trees.
