Poggio del Belveduto is on a 500 m high hill north of Lake Trasimeno.There are two buildings,an older building with the restaurant and a more modern one with apartments for guests. We have 47 hectares of olive trees, grazing fields and woodland as well as 19x8 m swimming pool, but the main activity here is horse riding.
This is one of the best equipped centres in Italy with 35 horses and a coach for English and western-style riding at all levels, from the inexperienced beginner to the most advanced rider. Different riding tours can be arranged: a three day ride to the Trasimeno castles, or a five day ride around the three lakes of Trasimeno, Chiusi and Montepulciano.
We also specialise in longer riding tours of up to 15 days, at any time of year. There are also archery facilities, jogging and exercise tracks.
