The cuisine is refined and the service is highly professional and careful. From breakfast with its rich and varied buffets, to haute-cuisine dishes as well as traditional and creative Umbrian cuisine, the entire menu is characteristic of the Mediterranean diet. During the Summer there are also outdoor tables. Occasionally, culinary courses are held in the demonstration kitchen, conducted either by the chef of Le Tre Vaselle or by teachers from other cooking schools.

Le Tre Vaselle has an outdoor pool with sun-deck among century-old olive trees, and an indoor pool with whirlpool and counter-current swimming, sauna and a small, equipped, gym; upon request massages and an esthetician service by qualified personnel can be arranged. Inter-connected with the restaurant, hotel and congress centre, the fitness centre also has a small bar next to the pool which offers snacks and traditional, as well as dietary drinks. A small collection of active wear is available for those requiring last-minute purchases.
