"Relais La Fattoria", dating from 1600 is set within the charming medieval hamlet and is rich in history and traditions. It over looks the lake of Trasimeno where in 217 b.C. the battle of Trasimeno took place between the Carthaginians led by Hannibal and the Romans under the Consul Flaminius , in which the Romans suffered a blody defeat.
